Placing an order
Orders can only be accepted from residents within the United Kingdom (UK) & from persons over the age of 18.
We believe that buying your new mobile phone should be as simple & stress-free as possible. Our online shop is open to suit your needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week - you won't get that from the high street stores !
The following terms & conditions are purely for your protection & peace of mind. If you are unsure as to any of the contents then please feel free to contact us where your questions can be answered by one of our highly trained members of staff.
Most orders are despatched either same day or within 2 working days, dependant upon stock availability & the information that you provide to us. We aim to deliver all goods within 5 working days. If delivery is likely to take longer we will contact you to inform you of the delivery date. We will offer a full refund if the delivery date is not acceptable to you. We use Protx to process our online debit and credit card payments. Protx are an internationally respected Internet Payment Service Provider. They provide the software to enable our website to take secure online credit and debit card payments. We do not store any of your debit or credit card details on our databases. We ensure your security and privacy at all times. The transfer of your details from us to Protx is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. All data stored on Protx systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. Protx are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.

Privacy Policy
In order for us to process your application it is necessary to obtain personal data. This data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Your personal information will not be passed on to third parties except when a credit check is required to obtain a contract mobile phone. In this case your data will be used by RYMATT Communications and the required network/service provider.
Where fraud is suspected we may pass on such information to help track down fraud attempts.
We may occasionally send you promotional information and offers, but NEVER sell or divulge your email address to any other organisation.

Pricing
The price you see is the price you pay, all pricing on this website already includes VAT at 17.5% and delivery for contract phones to UK addresses.
Although we endeavour to keep our pricing up to date and accurate we cannot be held responsible for any errors made, plus networks and manufacturers do have the right to change information We reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time.
The prices represent an offer of sale of the goods and are not contractually binding until the order has been processed & the goods despatched. If you are unsure about any pricing or feel that there is an error then please contact us.
We reserve the right to change the price of any item on this website at anytime without prior notice. If an offer should end or a price change should occur before your order has been completed then we shall notify you accordingly of the situation.

Contract mobile phones
All contract mobile phones are subject to a minimum 12 month period, some contract lengths may be longer but are specified in detail. If the specified contract length is longer you must stay connected to the network for this time.
A credit check will be carried out if a request for a contract connection is made. All applications are subject to status. By ordering a contract mobile phone you are authorising us to carry out a credit check on your behalf with the relevant network concerned. Additional proof of identification may be required to connect any customer to a 12 month contract. On occasion the applicant may be asked for a security deposit to connect to the network. If this is the case we will notify the applicant accordingly.

Specifications
Mobile phone specifications are subject to change without any prior notice from either the manufacturers or the networks.. All specifications are supplied directly from the handset manufacturers sometimes dictated to by the relevant network and as such we therefore take no responsibility for errors or omissions. Images on this website are for illustration purposes only. Phone colours are subject to availability and may be subject to change. If you require a specific phone colour then you must specify the required colour in the 'Additional Information' section of the checkout page.

Payment
Payment of goods can be either via credit or debit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, & Maestro cards. Card details must be in the applicants name and registered to the applicants home address. We have strict security checks in situ, potential fraudsters will be notified to the police.

Availability
All products and services displayed on this web site are subject to manufacturers availability and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice. If you order a product and it is out of stock we shall notify you as soon as the situation arises via e-mail or telephone.

Delivery
We always use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is next day between 07.00am - 1.00pm and Friday shipments will usually be delivered on Saturday mornings.

Automated e-mail acknowledgements from us do not constitute the acceptance of your order. You are agreeing that your order will be treated as an offer of sale of the goods & shall not be deemed to be accepted until the goods are ready for dispatch to you the customer.
