Claims Management

RYMATT Communications have been servicing the insurance industry, including leading insurers, brokers and loss adjusters since 1999. We have successfully completed in excess of 35,000 claims for some of the most prestigious names in the industry.

Claims are generally from Household Property insurance claims but can also come from Motor and Commercial insurances policies.

This requires RYMATT to validate claims, replace lost and stolen items (including investigation of such losses) as well as evaluate claims for damaged equipment. For damaged equipment claims, the process involves examination and evaluation of any damaged items and subsequent action - repair or replacement as required. Our standard contract includes a rigid process, as agreed with the client, for the lifecycle of the claim inclusive of warranty period of repaired & replaced items.
